Laura is a global sales leader and strategist with over $350 million in career sales and more than 12 years in luxury travel and real estate. Inc. Magazines 2025 Top 500 Founder, PRI is her 3rd business venture, with one multi million dollar exit, and another on track for a multi billion dollar exit, she knows business. After seeing firsthand the flaws of timeshare and outdated ownership models, she founded PRI to give clients something better: real equity, true flexibility, and a path to both lifestyle and legacy.
Her mission is clear: to blend lifestyle-driven real estate with smart cash flow strategies, backed by world-class service and trusted contracts.

Born and raised in Costa Rica, Johanna brings a deep understanding of the country's culture, regions, and way of life to every client relationship. Fully bilingual in English and Spanish, she bridges local insight with international standards of professionalism—ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience from start to finish.
With a strong background in project management, executive assistance, and real estate operations, Johanna has spent over a decade coordinating complex projects, managing client communications, and supporting growth for both Costa Rican and U.S.-based companies. Her experience overseeing construction projects, handling property logistics, and leading administrative processes makes her an invaluable resource in both portfolio growth and property management.
